Pam Rowe, owner of Gloucester travel agency Vine Travel, is launching a new community partnership program, “Travel with Purpose,” to combine meaningful travel experiences with local community impact. Through select hosted group trips, a portion of proceeds will help support local nonprofit partners and their missions, beginning with the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society. The first featured experience will be a luxury “Tulip Time” river cruise through the Netherlands and Belgium aboard AmaWaterways to be held April 20-27, 2027. Travelers will have the opportunity to explore the world, while also supporting GMHS. The cruise will showcase the beauty of Holland during peak tulip season, featuring villages, historic cities, windmills, canal cruising and immersive cultural experiences throughout the region.
