Victory at Yorktown Weekend, a commemoration of the 240th anniversary of the siege of 1781, will be observed on Saturday and Sunday.

The weekend will include a living history program, cannon demonstrations, historic crafts, maritime and folk music, arts and crafts, vendors, children’s activities and other special exhibits through the town. There will be a special music tribute at 2 p.m. Sunday by the York River Symphony. Activities will be going on from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
