UPDATE: Second person arrested in connection with murder

  

A second person has been arrested in connection with the shooting that left two women dead in Gloucester Point last Monday night.

Amanda Epps, 22, of Hayes, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, according to the Gloucester Sheriff’s Office. She is being held in the Gloucester County Jail with no bond.

The two victims have been identified as Helga Marie Frost, 29, and Eleni Gabrielle Wright-Bonnette, 24.

On Wednesday morning, the GSO announced that Kenneth Ray Miller of Hayes had been arrested in connection with the murders. Miller was also charged with two counts of murder in the first degree and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is currently being held in the Gloucester County Jail with no bond.
