Two shows at ‘FIX’ this weekend

Flat Iron Crossroads ‘FIX’ has scheduled two shows for this weekend. Friday’s show will be headlined by Lost Soul Society, above, with an opening by Cultivated Mind, beginning at 6:30 p.m. “It will be a positive, energetic night as warm Reggae vibes blow through Flat Iron Crossroads,” said publicist Dia Lawless in a press release. Lost Soul Society is a four-piece, ska-funk-reggae-rock band from the Peninsula that will be playing original music and selected cover tunes. Cultivated Mind (not shown) is the project of multi-instrumentalist songwriter/producer Anthony “Tony” Brand, who plays guitar, trumpet, keys, and melodica, then loops them into a synergized reggae sound. The doors open at 5 p.m. June 4 with Shore Bites food truck, while the FIX bar will offer beverages.
