Two new stores to join Fox Mill Centre

Marketing representatives for Gloucester’s Fox Mill Centre recently announced the signing of two more national brand stores.

The new additions expected to open by mid-April of 2017 are Ulta Beauty and Kay Jewelers. They join the previously announced stores now under construction for a spring opening in a 60,000-square foot strip near the Walmart of T.J. Maxx, Petco and Rack Room Shoes, said Chris Rouzie, senior vice president for Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer, commercial real estate marketing business working to bring in tenants for Evergreen Development Company. Evergreen’s principal is Bob Kubicki, formerly of Gloucester and now residing in Illinois.

In addition, Rouzie said other lease negotiations are underway. There is currently one 1,400-square-foot space available near the Starbucks store.
