Two new members join Arts on Main board

Arts on Main in Gloucester has elected two new members to the organization’s board of directors: Katrina White-Brown, Th.D. and Marjo Holthaus.

“Both new members bring talent, drive, organizational skills and a passion for art to our team,” said chair Lynne Bohon Manning in a press release.

White-Brown previously was the executive director of the Rosewell Foundation in Gloucester. She is an Associate Minister at Bethel Baptist Church in Gloucester and holds a Doctor of Theology degree from North Carolina Theological Seminary.

As an Arts on Main volunteer, White-Brown is keenly aware of the significant social and cultural impact the organization has had on the community through the arts, said the release.

“I’m excited to be a part of this organization at a time when it is breaking new ground in providing access to the arts, expanding and achieving diversity goals, and creating opportunities for artists of all ages,” she said.
