Hours are 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.Garden Week in Virginia is a project of the Garden Club of Virginia, raising funds for historic garden restorations and research throughout the state since the first tour was held in 1929.

The statewide tour and local tour were canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lynne Manning, chair of the local tour, said that measures are being taken this year to respond to the ongoing presence of the virus.

She said the tour will be split into morning and afternoon tours, giving ticketholders “four hours to complete the entire tour.” She said tickets, priced at $40, will be capped at 160 for the morning segment and 160 for the afternoon, and will be available online only, not on tour day, at www.vagardenweek.org.
