Louis E. Serio Jr. and Associates, Certified Public Accountant, (previously Ballard and Serio, CPA) has announced the firm’s association with Monica Harris, owner of Harris Accounting Shoppe LLC.
According to Serio, “God has blessed us and over the past couple of years we have grown substantially, which is great, but our workload has increased to the extent that we need more help. We want to continue to give personal service to each of our clients, and that requires more staff. We were fortunate to meet Monica and to establish an association with her firm. I feel she and I have a similar work ethic and desire to take care of our clients.”
Serio has been in practice in Gloucester for more than 30 years, 25 of which he traded as Ballard and Serio, CPA when he bought Grant Ballard’s practice. Harris has been a practicing accounting and tax preparer for more than 10 years. She mirrors Serio’s specialization in small businesses and practices in the areas of corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, estates, and trusts as well as individual returns.
Their goal is that their association will serve to build a strong continuity of service to the communities that they serve and they are thankful for the opportunity to serve, a release stated. Serio is still practicing out of his office at 6388 Fleming Rilee Lane.
