Trudy Thompson, 93, of Cobbs Creek, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, June 20, 2019, after an abrupt unexpected illness.

She is now happily reunited with her husband, Travers, and her son, John.

Trudy leaves behind her daughter, Debbie; grandchildren, Jeff (Robin) and Tracey; great-grandson, John Travers Thompson II, and daughter-in-law, Sharon. 

Trudy’s effervescent smile, quick humor, joy for life, and her abundance of love will be missed by all who knew her, especially her family and Mathews Chapel United Methodist Church. 

Service will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
