APPLESAUCE JELL-O

2 (3-oz.) boxes strawberry Jell-O 

(I use sugar free)

2 c. hot water

15 oz. can applesauce

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Let cool. Stir in applesauce and refrigerate to set.

CORN PUDDING

3 Tbs. margarine, melted

3 eggs

½ c. sugar

1 can whole corn, drained

1 can cream corn

3 Tbs. flour

1 tsp. salt

Dash of pepper

½ c. whipping cream

¾ c. milk

Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt margarine in 1-qt. baking dish. Mix in a bowl beat eggs, add sugar, corn and other ingredients. Mix well. Pour melted margarine into mixture. Stir and pour into baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6-8. NDIZI
