The Gloucester County Treasurer’s Office announced this week that its online portal for taxpayers to access Personal Property tax information is up and running. The new service can be accessed through the Treasurer’s Office webpage at www.gloucesterva.info/314/Treasurers-Office.

“For years, we have received requests from taxpayers to be able to access their Personal Property Tax information online,” said Gloucester Treasurer Tara Thomas. “It’s really a way of life for many citizens, especially those of younger generations, and we pride ourselves on providing the tools for citizens to do business with the county wherever and whenever they choose.”

The information available through the new site is displayed in “real time” so that, for example, citizens will be able to see if their payment has been posted to their account.
