Sandy Sainz, left, of Virginia Beach and her horse Koda joined Debbie Poston of Zuni and her horse Loomie for a special Beaverdam Trail Ride and Family Walks fundraiser on Sunday that was organized by Gloucester High School senior Colton Spence, center. Spence said proceeds from the event, his senior high school project, would benefit Gloucester Parks, Recreation, and Tourism, with the funds hopefully to be used to support the budget for the county’s parks.
