The Tractor Supply Company will host an animal swap event from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot in front of the store on Route 17 south of Gloucester Court House.

The public is invited to stop by the store and engage with other animal lovers while swapping, trading or selling their small animals or livestock, a release stated.

In addition to the animal swap, customers will have the opportunity to adopt a pet. Pet Chickens of Virginia will be on site from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society will be there from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
