The Middle Peninsula Alliance, in partnership with the Virginia Tourism Corporation, the Middle Peninsula Alliance is offering a series of Vibrant Communities Through Tourism Workshops for tourism venues in the Middle Peninsula Region.

The workshops are designed to provide hands-on strategies to embrace vibrant community initiatives by providing technical assistance to leaders of smaller tourism venues in the Middle Peninsula. These include arts studios, museums, history venues, festivals, and others. Through the workshops, participants will learn best practices to solidify and strengthen the outreach strategies.

There will be tips on becoming a leader and advocate for tourism development, understanding the value of marketing and promotion, learning how to connect with Virginia Tourism Corporation, and  learning how to easily produce meaningful and customer-focused promotional content.
