About 170 children and their parents braved the heat Saturday morning, coming out to Gloucester’s Woodville Park for “Touch a Truck.” The free event gave kids the chance to explore fire trucks, police and rescue vehicles, a VMRC boat and tractors. Two-year-old Zoey Hart of Gloucester checked out a John Deere tractor and three and a half year-old Saoirse Gatzke of Yorktown clutched her stuffed toy while operating a Kubota tractor with some help from Nick Goodrich of Land and Coates in Gloucester.  ...
