TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter VA 0469 recently hosted the area’s Fall Rally. Five chapters (38 attendees), from the Richmond area and Williamsburg to Gloucester, met at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. The Area Advocate and Coordinator each spoke and delivered messages of support and encouragement to the members for their weight loss journeys.
