GREEN TOMATO PIE

1 basic pie crust

1 medium green tomato, sliced

1 large onion, sliced

1 large green pepper, sliced

2 tsp. oregano

Salt to taste

4 oz. each: Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Mozzarella 

Parmesan cheese for garnish

Arrange tomato slices, onion and green pepper in pie crust, in that order. Sprinkle 1 tsp. oregano and salt lightly top of vegetables. Grate three cheeses and put on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with another 1 tsp. oregano over cheeses and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour. Serves 4-5. TOMATO SOUP CONGEALED SALAD

2 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 

1 c. mayonnaise
