Tin Can Fish Band

The Tin Can Fish Band—Joe Conner (accordion), Keith MacPhee (bass), Steve Fisher (guitar), Jack Taggart (drums), Doug Austin (fiddle) and John Leedes (guitar), from left—will play at Flat Iron Crossroads in Gloucester on Saturday, March 7. The band started as the duo TinFish in 2006, with acoustic singer songwriter Fisher and longtime friend Austin, a Colonial Williamsburg tavern musician and mandolin fiddle player. While primarily performing Fisher’s original songs, TCFB draws from a wide variety of folk, rock and roots material ranging from public domain and Bluegrass to Americana and World music, as well as works written and performed by various TCFB members. Advance tickets are $20 online, available at www.flatironcrossroads.com, or $25 at the door. A food truck will be on site. For more information, visit the Flat Iron Crossroads’ website....
