The Gloucester County School Board accepted the resignations of three employees during its Nov. 9 meeting. Petsworth Elementary School nurse Jolie Cox resigned effective Nov. 25 and Petsworth third grade teacher Genevieve Stiles resigned effective Dec. 31. A resignation was also accepted from Achilles Elementary School secretary Sally Lawrence.

The board appointed David Cecil of Hayes, to a support services position, effective Nov. 9. In coaching positions, David Lindsay was appointed to coach boys’ basketball at Peasley Middle School and Jason Burns was appointed as his assistant.

Also, Emily Webb was appointed as the junior varsity basketball coach at Gloucester High School and Travis Patrick and Jessie Allen were appointed as the GHS winter cheerleading coaches.
