Thomas Odell Brown Jr. 83, of Gloucester Point, Va., died on January 16, 2026. Odell was born on July 24, 1942, and was preceded in death by his loving wife, Nancy Sue Brown; his parents, Thomas Odell Brown Sr. and Annie West Brown; brothers, Paul Brown, Lank Brown, and Billy Brown, and sisters, Virginia Brown, Marylee Horsley and Joyce Nelson.
Odell was a devoted Christian and a longtime member of Union Baptist Church. He was a waterman by trade and loved spending time with his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Brown and Dina Crum; grandsons, Trevor Brown and Bryce Crum; great-grandson, Brantley Brown, and sister, Ellen Mae Holloway.

A graveside funeral service conducted by the Rev. Jared Berry was held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery.
