THOMAS COLEMAN FORD III

Thomas Coleman Ford, III, 44, of Hayes, passed away unexpectedly at home on Dec. 16, 2015.

He was a roofer for over 20 years.

He is survived by his son, Dylan Ford of Mathews, who was the guiding star of his life. Being a good father to Dylan was his life’s goal. Other survivors include his parents, Tom and Elaine Ford of Hayes; his brother, Stanley and his wife Corey of Richmond.

A gathering of friends and family will take place on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, between the hours of 4 and 6 p.m. at the Courthouse Restaurant, located on Main St. in the Gloucester Court House area. The family has requested that everyone dress casual.

In Thomas’s memory, a fund for his son has been set up at 1st Advantage FCU. Donations may be made payable to Stanley Ford, in memory of Thomas Ford III  for Dylan Ford at any of the credit union branches. 

Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester, is in charge of arrangements.
