The Wildmans to perform at Flat Iron Crossroads

The Wildmans, a traditional string band from Floyd, Virginia, will perform at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Flat Iron Crossroads in Gloucester.

Siblings Eli and Aila Wildman began playing music with their family at a young age, and were joined by banjo player Victor Furtado, who in 2019 won the Steve Martin Prize for Excellence in Banjo. Together, they have placed first in several competitions and are currently attending the Berklee College of Music. They recently released a self-titled album.

Tickets are $15 and are available at www.flatironcrossroads.com.

The doors open at 5 p.m., with the Black Pearl food truck offering food and Flat Iron Crossroads offering beverages.
