Editor, Gazette-Journal:

The cost to print everything I am thankful for would be a burden for the newspaper! So, I’ll write only about the source—God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. I was thinking about so many things this morning … life, family, friends, everyone. But found my thoughts going back to the beginning, when God created Adam and Eve, giving them everything they could need or want—freedom to live as they wanted, provided food, drink, a climate that was neither too cold nor too hot, sun in the day, moon at night, and they loved each other.

In other words, they truly did have it all. And yet, with only one thing denied them—the fruit of a certain tree—they lost it all by ignoring His words. So many people don’t believe what is written in Genesis, but when you study it, you learn to understand ourselves and why pain and suffering exists for everyone in the world and that it will always be there.
