A funeral for Terry Eugene Oliver, 60, of Hampton, was held at 2 p.m. Monday in Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. He died March 20, 2013.

He was born in Portsmouth and lived most of his life in Williamsburg. He was a member of James River Baptist Church. Mr. Oliver was employed as a Senior Transportation Inspector with CDM Smith, Inc., for 16 years. He was serving in the role of QC Manager on the I-81 truck-climbing lane in Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by his father, James P. Oliver, and brother, Richard Oliver.

He is survived by his mother, Virginia Oliver, and a sister, Betty Smith.

The service was conducted by the Rev. Stephen T. Wiley with interment at Beech Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Coke.
