Teacher Appreciation

Members of Central Village Homemakers, the Mathews chapter of the Continental Societies, Inc., and the Mathews County Woman’s Club took part in Teacher Appreciation Week by preparing and serving breakfast to Mathews County Public Schools staff. The organizations showed their appreciation and support to the division’s employees for their guidance, patience and skills in educating the county’s students. Each organization served breakfast at a school—the Woman’s Club at Mathews Elementary, Homemakers at Thomas Hunter Middle School, and Continentals at Mathews High School.
