Tea sandwich recipes

A true Southern delicacy! This stuff is addictive.

6 oz. cream cheese
½ c. Vermont extra sharp white Cheddar cheese, grated
¾ c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Monterey jack cheese, grated
½ c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
4 oz. pimientos, chopped
½ tsp. paprika
1 dash hot sauce (or more!)

Fresh ground black pepper, to taste (optional)

Using a hand-held mixer, beat cream cheese until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until creamy and combined. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.
