Synchronized lights

Franktronics, located on Route 17 at Hayes, will operate its annual lightshow during the holidays starting on Saturday and continuing thr Jan. 3, lighting up the dark winter hours from 6 p.m. until midnight. The show this year will have more than 100,000 LEDs, said Frank Farmer, who owns the computer store. Christmas carols will be synchronized to music on their own FM station so people can park in the Salvation Army lot across Linda Circle and listen. The show is free, but each year the company gives any donations to a selected local charity. Farmer said he started the light show at his home in 2007 and moved it to the office in 2011.
