Arts on Main will hold its sixth annual gala, “Swing City Nights,” from 5-10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, at the gallery on Main Street in Gloucester. Dinner, live and silent auctions, and dancing to the live music of the band Good Shot Judy, above, are all included. The annual gala is Arts on Main’s signature fundraising event, allowing it to provide its programs for the public, including its flagship after-school arts classes for elementary schools. Good Shot Judy is a Virginia-based band specializing in classic vocal jazz of the Big Band Era of the 1930s and ’40s. A table for eight includes two complimentary bottles of wine.
