Susan E. Morris of Philadelphia, Pa., passed away on Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, at Methodist Hospital in Philadelphia.

She was the loving wife of Lewis B. (Spike) Whitaker, and is survived by him; her four children, Jami Morris, Kelly Morris, Joe Morris, and Samantha Fugarino; four grandchildren, all of Philadelphia; two sisters, and a brother.

A memorial service was held at The Church of Philadelphia on Sept. 25, 2012 to celebrate Susan’s life.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society, or to the Philadelphia SPCA, to honor Susan’s love of all animals.
