Supervisors to consider two proposed developments Tuesday

The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings Tuesday night on two proposed developments in the county—a 110-unit multi-family development located adjacent to Fiddler’s Green Road near the Court House, and a 126-unit multifamily development just south of the York River Crossing Shopping Center at Hayes. The public hearings will begin at 7:30 in the colonial courthouse.

The applicant for the Fiddler’s Green project, Zandler Development Company, LLC, which is most recently developing Coleman’s Crossing at Hayes, is seeking to rezone approximately 13.9 acres of land on the south side of Fiddler’s Green Road in the Court House area from single-family to multi-family use.
Charles Records, a partner in Zandler, told the Gloucester Planning Commission in May that his company proposes to build 51 townhomes and 59 condominiums on the site.
