The Mathews Board of Supervisors will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the historic courthouse.

Mathews County Administrator Steve Whiteway said he expects that supervisors will discuss and possibly make a decision on a request for a conditional use permit by HARC, LLC, to put 12 condominium units on property adjacent to the Town Center development on Main Street and Buckley Hall Road.

Other agenda items include the annual financial report by the county’s auditor, Robinson Farmer Cox & Associates; a discussion about the upcoming General Assembly session; and reports from department heads, including Sheriff Danny Howlett, School Superintendent David Holleran, and Planning Director John Shaw.

The Middle Peninsula’s new resident engineer for VDOT, Sean Trapani, is expected to be present as well.
