Supervisors make several appointments

The Gloucester Board of Supervisors made several appointments to various boards and committees at its Sept. 6 meeting, which was held in the colonial courthouse.

Harry Colestock III and Roger West were appointed to the county’s Local Emergency Planning Committee/Citizen Corps Council.

Willard Grant was recommended for reappointment to the Board of Equalization. This appointment will be made by the Circuit Court judge. Other reappointments were made to the Utilities Advisory Committee (Bill Breeden) and Wetlands Board/Chesapeake Preservation and Erosion Commission (Walter Priest III). ...
