Third grade Bethel Elementary School teachers Jamie Gardner, Kyla Perry and Tara Lord received Dr. Anthony Vladu’s Superintendent’s Award last Thursday. In September, the third-grade team at Bethel unexpectedly lost a teacher. Gardner, Perry and Lord stepped up to fill in the gaps so students could continue receiving support, in spite of the absence.
