Sullivan Award

Five members of the Virginia Living Museum staff were recently presented the 2019 Sullivan Award for outstanding contributions to the museum. The award is named after the museum’s former executive director and is the museum’s highest staff honor. They are, from left, Jennifer Turlington, Patrycja Lawryniuk, Jackie Fitzgibbons, Deanna Moore and Heather McElligott. McElligott, a Mathews High School graduate and former Mathews Family YMCA employee, is the human resources manager of the Newport News museum.
