Sugar and Spice exhibit opens Friday at Arts on Main

The Sugar and Spice exhibit, which opens tomorrow at Arts on Main includes works by, beginning from left, painter Blair Waters, sculptor Katie Shaw, fiber artist and art educator Kristin Polich, painter and mixed media artist Amie Oliver, botanicals painter Tomodo Hamada, potter Pam Doss, and painter Hanah Hailey.

Sugar and Spice, an exhibit by eight female artists, will open during September’s First Friday at Arts on Main. It will be on display through Oct. 1.

A reception for the artists will be held from 6–8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2 at the gallery on Main Street in Gloucester. It is free and open to the public. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
