The Phoenix Art Group has announced that there will be four schools participating in the Gloucester County Art Student Show, scheduled to start Feb. 28 and end March 11 at Gloucester Library, Main Street Center.

Each school will be able to enter up to 30 pieces of art/craft in the show. The last day for the schools to enter with their art/craft is Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. The show will be open to the public during normal library hours.

There are two awards participants can win. The “People’s Choice Award” for the piece of art/craft most voted by the attending public ($25 award) and the “Renate Bumgarner Most Promising Young Artist Award”(certificate and ribbon from the Phoenix Art Group).

These awards will be presented to the winners at a reception in the Community Room at the library on March 12. The exact time will be announced at a later date. Light refreshments will be served.
