Stuart Lee Haislip, age 62, of Mobjack, Va., passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015.

He was a U.S. Marine veteran, and worked as a contractor for McLean Construction.

He is survived by his life partner, Barbara Dickinson; a daughter, Julie Prentiss and her husband James; 10 grandchildren; a brother, John Haislip; a step-daughter, Jennifer Claugh and her husband Jason, and a step-son David Dickinson.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. in the Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home Chapel, Mathews, on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015.
