Steven (Steve) Hunter Norris, 66, of New Kent, died Aug. 7, 2019.

He was born July 19, 1953 in Richmond. He was employed in Richmond by VDOT for 39 years.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Carol Jordan Norris; his sons, Steven Lloyd Norris and David Michael Norris; brother, Bruce C. Norris; sister, Sheila A. Norris, and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul A. Norris and Alice H. Norris.

He donated his body to science.

A service will be held at a later date.
