Stephanie Mary Markoff, age 81, of Hayes, Va., went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, March 17, 2024. Stephanie was born on July 13, 1942, to the late Stephen and Ruth McKie Markoff in Pennsylvania. She loved family, people, animals, and travel, which made her excel in her career choice of Foreign Service for the U.S. Government specializing in Latin American countries. Stephanie was predeceased by her sister, Nadine Markoff Bucko, and brother, Greg Markoff. She is survived by her sister, Miki Markoff; nephews, Andrew and Stephen Bucko, and niece, Ilanka Bucko Renaud, along with many loving cousins, great-nephews, and great-nieces. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 2 p.m., at 6470 Main Street, Gloucester, Va. 23061.
