Former Mathews High School wrestler Mason Fiscella, a redshirt junior at Appalachian State, placed second in the 197 lbs. weight class at last month’s 26th annual Keystone Classic at the University of Pennsylvania. As a team, Appalachian State also came in second overall to the host Quakers. The weekend before the Keystone Classic, he was also runner-up in his weight class at his school’s Mountaineer Invitational.
