Hot weather didn’t stop a sell-out crowd from having a great time at last Wednesday’s Abingdon Ruritan Club’s Spring Seafood Festival. Funds raised will be added to the proceeds from other fundraising events that will take place throughout the year. In December, the money will be donated to about 35 charitable, nonprofit organizations, mostly in the local area. Above, the crowd in Bena gets into dancing to the music of F.A.B.
