Ellen Satchell of Gloucester is the winner of the Gazette-Journal’s Spring Fix Up contest. She submitted photos of her kitchen remodel project at her home on Deer Run Drive, which were featured in last week’s “Home and Garden” special section, and was selected at random among those entering photos/stories. Satchell received gift baskets filled with goodies donated from several local businesses, which included Coastwise Designs, Moughons Ace Hardware, ETC, Lily Valentine Antiques, Marker Nine, The Nurtury, Los Portales Mexican Restaurant, Gloucester Court House Pizza Hut, Chick-fil-A, Ace Hardware at Hayes, The Silver Box, Doodlebugs, Short Lane Ice Cream, Vashti’s Jewelers, and Brent and Becky’s Bulbs.
