Sponsors are being sought for the third annual Poplar Neck Cobia Tournament, which will be held on Friday and Saturday, July 17 and 18, out of Morningstar Marinas at Hudgins.Registration and a captains’ meeting will be held from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Friday, with the weigh-in at the marina at 4 p.m. Saturday.There will be a minimum of $1,550 in cash prizes with a 15-boat minimum.
