Spiritual retreat, physical challenge

A group of parishioners from Abingdon Episcopal Church at White Marsh will ride bicycles 300 miles on the Great Allegheny Passage in June. The cyclists will travel from Cumberland, Maryland, to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and return to Cumberland. A spiritual retreat combined with a physical challenge, the adventure will require the cyclists to ride approximately 50 miles per day. On Monday, some of the cyclists got in a practice training ride around the Warner Hall Loop. They are, from left, the Rev. Jen Kimball, the Rev.
