Belle Grove Plantation will welcome visitors from across Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and beyond for the 10th annual Spirits Festival on Saturday, Sept. 12, from noon to 6 p.m. Hosted by the James Madison Belle Grove Foundation, the Spirits Festival has become one of Belle Grove Plantation’s signature events, bringing together Virginia wineries, distilleries, craft beverages, food, specialty vendors, live entertainment, history and the beautiful setting of one of King George County’s most significant historic properties. Belle Grove Plantation, located along the Rappahannock River, is the birthplace of President James Madison and holds centuries of American history.
