As a sixth grader at Page Middle School, Blake Sibley scored about 20 words per minute on his first typing test and he set a lofty goal of eventually typing 80 wpm, not believing he would reach it. As a seventh grader, his speed had increased to about 60 wpm. This year as an eighth grader, Sibley met his goal of typing 80 wpm and his computer solutions instructor Carrie Martin presented him with a certificate to mark the achievement.
