Cassidy Evans opened her new dog grooming business, So Fetch Dog Grooming, LLC, on Tuesday at her home in Hayes after grooming at other salons for the past three years.

After working at larger salons, Evans said that she wanted to create a comfortable and serene atmosphere in a smaller setting.

“Understandably, not every dog’s favorite place is the grooming salon, but my goal is to make your dog look good and feel good, too,” said Evans. “Your pup will be treated with love and kindness as if they were my own. Your pet’s comfort and safety is always my top priority.”

Evans looked at several buildings before deciding her home would be the best place since she could create a “very quiet and relaxing” space for dogs, especially dogs that have high anxiety.
