Two pictures of Monday’s full moon. Chris Burry took its photo rising over Queen’s Creek in Mathews, Larry Sherertz of Gloucester got a closeup and wrote: The “Wolf Moon” … So called because it is the first full moon of the year and wolves would howl to communicate during the cold.
