Gloucester Commonwealth’s Attorney Holly Smith will be the guest speaker at Tuesday’s meeting of Chapter 1757 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees at Olivia’s in the Village, Gloucester. The program begins at 11:30 a.m.

Smith will address issues she has encountered in her career of handling crimes ranging from child sexual assault and abuse and domestic violence cases.
