Gloucester High School senior Andy Schramm, at left, took first place in the SkillsUSA Automotive Competition held Jan. 14 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. This is the second consecutive year Schramm has won the competition. He will receive a $15,000 scholarship to Ohio Technical University and a trip to compete at the state level in April.
